Change-of-mind returns may be refused if the item has been:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an incorrect part is ordered by the customer, return approval is at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% .

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

We may request:

  • Photos of the item and packaging 
  • Proof of purchase

  • Installation information 

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide:

  • Store credit

5. Installation and Labour Costs

We do not cover:

  • Labour costs 
  • Diagnostic costs 
  • Vehicle hire 
  • Towing 
  • Workshop expenses 
  • Additional damages caused by incorrect installation 

Customers are responsible for ensuring parts are installed by qualified persons where appropriate.
